EDL: Lebanon to slip into total blackout if fresh dollars not secured

State-owned Electricité du Liban warned Saturday that Lebanon may face total blackout very soon if the authorities did not provide fresh U.S. dollars to buy fuel oil for power plants, purchase necessary spare parts and carry out urgent maintenance work on all the facilities.
