Universities increase tuition rate

Last week, Notre Dame University (NDU) followed suit, with students at the University of Balamand, the Lebanese International University (LIU), the Saint Joseph University (USJ) and the Beirut Arab University (BAU) taking to social media to post their increased dollar rates.
