Rivals’ horse-trading seen delaying Cabinet formation

Last-minute horse-trading by rival factions over key ministerial seats is delaying the formation of a new government urgently demanded by the international community to salvage the crises-ridden country from all-out economic collapse, political sources said Wednesday.
