BDL maintains LL3,900 rate to dollar despite calls for change

The Central Bank Wednesday maintained the withdrawal for foreign currency accounts before Oct. 17, 2019 at LL3,900 to the dollar rate under the pretext that any increase in the ceiling could have a massive inflationary impact.
