Deadly drone attack on tanker was in retaliation for Israeli strike, says Iranian state TV

Iranian state media has said that the deadly attack on a tanker connected to an Israeli billionaire was in retaliation for an Israeli strike in Syria, in an escalation of maritime tensions in the Middle East.
