Palestinian teen killed, Israeli woman dies of wounds as West Bank violence simmers

Israeli forces shot and killed a 15-year-old Palestinian boy near the occupied West Bank city of Jericho and an Israeli woman died of wounds sustained in an attack last week, as violence in the region continued to simmer on Monday.
