Russia, rebels reach interim ceasefire agreement in Syrian south

Russia and Syrian rebel groups have reached an interim ceasefire agreement in Syria’s southern province of Daraa after weeks of violence in the area, a Free Syrian Army spokesman told CNN on Friday.
