Only a new Cabinet with sweeping reforms can end pound manipulation: economists

The Lebanese need to understand a simple formula: The pound will continue to depreciate against the US dollar as long as there is no government capable of implementing reforms and attracting funds from the International Monetary Fund and other organizations.
