Lebanon registers 42 more COVID-19 deaths, 2,968 new cases

Lebanon registered 42 new coronavirus-related deaths and 2,968 more cases in the last 24 hours, the Health Ministry said Sunday, as the country prepared to ease restrictions to contain the disease.
