Lebanese pound up against the dollar as Sayrafa launches

The Lebanese pound rose against the dollar Friday, trading at LL 12,850 on the black market, after the Central Bank launched its Sayrafa platform selling US dollar banknotes to Lebanese banks at the rate of LL12,000.
