Pending Hariri’s return, decisive week for Cabinet formation efforts

The coming week promises to be decisive with regard to attempts to break the Cabinet formation stalemate, a political source said Sunday, amid wide expectations that Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri would seek to rally support from top leaders for his initiative aimed at resolving the monthslong crisis.
