Aoun-Hariri war of words shatters Cabinet formation hopes

President Michel Aoun Wednesday launched his most scathing diatribe against Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri, accusing him of stalling on the formation of a new government and of seeking to seize the president’s constitutional powers in the Cabinet formation process.
