US, French envoys say Saudi talks focused on ‘desperate’ need for Lebanon govt

The U.S. and French ambassadors to Beirut said Friday they had stressed in talks in Saudi Arabia the “desperate” need for a government in Lebanon that implements reform to rescue the country.
