‘May God help Lebanon’: Hariri steps down as PM-designate

Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri said Thursday he decided to step down after President Michel Aoun rejected his new Cabinet lineup of 24 nonpartisan specialists to rescue the crises-ridden country.
