Cabinet formation up in the air as Aoun, Mikati trade barbs

President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati Thursday locked horns over responsibility for obstructing the formation of a new government, in a negative development that shattered hopes for breaking the Cabinet formation stalemate this week.
